Titles: Why can't I think of one?

I love writing, but for the life of me, I cannot think of sharp, in-your-face titles. I'm working on a new novel, but need a title. Can I get some help? Here's a synopsis:

Jonathan is fifteen and adopted. If that weren't enough, his kidneys are failing. Contemplating death before a driver's license was never part of his life's plan. Due to a rare blood type, there's little hope for a donor although he's on a waiting list. His parent's marriage is crumbling and Jonathan blames himself.

When his mother goes to China to investigate Transplant Tourism, Jonathan discovers his original birth certificate along with his birth mother's name hidden in his father's office. Why has dad kept it a secret all these years?

Jonathan searches for his birth mother, hoping to find some answers if not a kidney. What he finds is an aging prostitute who has stolen her identity and claims no relationship to him, yet Jonathan senses there is more to her story that she's telling.

I impressed, I need to say. Really not often do I encounter a weblog that' each educative and entertaining, and let me let you know, you've hit the nail on the head. Your idea is excellent; the problem is one thing that not enough persons are talking intelligently about. I am very glad that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.
